The ideal solution for a wide range of marking tasks is the LMG-IND workstation.

This flexible laser system is designed for small and large objects and allows you to mark various components precisely and permanently. In addition to serial numbers, DataMatrix codes and barcodes (2D / 3D), complex structures and artwork can also be realised.

The laser engraving machine can be equipped with the following wavelengths:

- Fibre laser (1064nm)
- Green laser (532nm)
- UV laser (355nm)
- CO2 laser (10600nm)

The workstation can be used as a stand-alone workstation or integrated into existing production lines. This is made possible by side loading in combination with the integration of a conveyor belt.

You can choose between the following options:

- Different labelling field sizes
- 360° rotation unit
- Automatic lift door
- X / Y /Z portal for the laser head
- Robot handling of the laser
- Connection options to your software (SAP/ERP, Profinet, EtherNet, ...)
- Pulse width modulation MOPA
- Lateral through-loading (e.g. with brush curtain or for conveyor belts)
